Refilling Your Prescription

Prescription refill requests should be made between 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. When phoning for a refill, if approved by the physician, your prescription will usually be called in between 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., however please allow 48 hours to respond to your request.

If Dr. Sharfman has prescribed medication for you, please make sure that you have a sufficient amount for nights, weekends, and holidays. When applicable,We will refill prescriptions over the phone only during regular office hours. This is because Dr. Sharfman must review your chart and appropriately record the prescription refill.

No prescriptions will be authorized after normal business hours or on weekends. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any prescription lost, stolen, or destroyed shall NOT be refilled.

Medications need to be taken as prescribed by Dr. Sharfman and will not be refilled prematurely.

If you have a Pain Medicine Agreement with our office, please reference this in regards to your refill request.
